You might know some of the exercises have martial applications.<br />With this one it is trained provoking the oponent.<br />Before the whip the hand slides from the belly up.<br />In all cases this training must be done (at least at the beginning) under competent teacher, the best is direct CTH lineage, if not one can damage knees or back ..
